That’s why we’ve launched The BirthKeepers Collective—our monthly giving group designed to empower and support expecting people of color, who are disproportionately impacted by inequities in maternal healthcare.
In the U.S., Black and Brown people are two to three times more likely to experience life-threatening complications during childbirth than their white counterparts. These disparities aren’t just numbers—they represent lives, families, and communities that deserve better. Your monthly gift as a BirthKeeper will help us close this gap by providing culturally attuned, free pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support to those who need it most.

Giving Levels
Every contribution helps us ensure that people of color receive the care and support they deserve:
Nurturer - $10/month: Your gift can help provide essential birth supplies and educational resources for expecting families.
Guardian - $25/month: Can cover a transportation stipend for expecting families to attend prenatal appointments, ensuring they get the care they need.
Advocate - $50/month: Supports a week of doula services, offering emotional, physical, and cultural support during labor and delivery.
Healer - $100/month: Opportunity to provide postpartum care to a new parent, including lactation support and culturally responsive healing resources.
Changemaker - $250+/month: Helps fund a full pregnancy care package for one expecting person, covering birth and postpartum services, workshops, and more.
