About the event
Our first childbirth preparation workshop of 2026 will be offered in English and Spanish to our participants and pregnant individuals from our community. This will be an opportunity for them to learn about the various stages of labor, different labor positions, recovering postpartum, and more! Childcare and lunch will be provided for this full day event. Attendees should dress comfortably and bring a water bottle. Our CBPW will take place in our offices. Address will be provided upon registration
Meet your English Facilitator: Dominique Adenyi
Dominique Adeniyi is passionate about Black Maternal Health and improving birth outcomes for underserved folks in her community. She has many roles, serving as a Student midwife, Full Spectrum doula, Birth Photographer, and Program Administrator for a local nonprofit organization.
