We offer a variety of free programs and resources to each of our members. Here's how to get started:

Next, you'll enroll in a core program.

Join a Core Program

If you’re an expecting or new parent looking for guidance and support, our 8-week prenatal or postpartum support circle is perfect for you!  
 

At these support circles, you’ll connect with others, create personalized birth plans, and explore key topics around pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period - all in a supportive, welcoming space.

Support Groups

You have options! Join our Support Groups, Birth Companion Programs, or both!
 Active participants gain access to trusted providers in either program and become eligible for additional benefits through Mama Sana!

Birth Companions (Doulas)

A birth companion provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. They assist with pain management techniques, advocacy, and ensure you feel empowered and cared for every step of the way. As a participant, you’ll receive continuous support from pregnancy through childbirth and up to 6 weeks postpartum.

Our English speaking lactation consultant provide guidance, support, and practical techniques to ensure successful bodyfeeding.

MSVW signature programs are available in English and Spanish *(with the exception of Pelvic Floor Therapy and MHEC Childcare). All services are available based upon funding and capacity.
