Support Groups

16-week culturally-specific support groups include prenatal education, exercise classes, nutrition support, and access to birth companions (doulas) and a network of midwifery care at no cost.

Training and certification of birth companions (doulas) to provide culturally relevant and respectful support through annual training, continuing education, and hands-on practice.
